The Idiots at CNN

Supreme Hypocrisy. That's what we see from CNN. In an article titled  "Sean Spicer just forgot the 1st rule of politics: Never compare anything to Hitler", CNN bashes White House Press Secretary for daring to compare Assad to Hitler by saying ""You had someone who was as despicable as Hitler who didn't even sink to using chemical weapons". Secretary Spicer is technically correct as Hitler did not use chemical weapons on the fronts of World War 2, however, used them during the Holocaust to murder millions of Jews. But what CNN is forgetting, is that they have compared Trump to Hitler many times over, and the Left compare Republicans to Hitler every day. In October of 2016 after the second debate, Dana Bash and Wolf Blitzer were discussing the phrase of President. Trump saying "because you'd be in jail". In the conversation Dana Bash literally compares Trump to Hitler. "Okay, not to sound too corny, but what makes this country different from countries with dictators in Africa or Stalin or Hitler or any of those countries with dictators and totalitarian leaders, is that when they took over, they put their opponents in jail. To hear one presidential candidate, say – even if it was a flip comment, which it was – 'you're going to be in jail' to another presidential candidate on the debate stage in the United States of America, stunning, just stunning." Or how about when CNN en EspaƱol anchor Carmen Aristegui her fingers above her mouth, imitating the Nazi Dictator's mustache. Or how about the time when the left compared then President-Elect Trump being featured on Time Magazine to Hitler, Stalin, and Khomeini. CNN has really ignored facts this time. Stop listening to the blatant card stacking of the left and as this sites' motto says: In the age of Political Correctness, Read something factually correct.

Why the Left is Failing

Liberals are no longer progressive. If you just follow one popular social media account Occupy Democrats, the Pre election and post election tones are like night and day. One such instance is a post directed to the senate Republicans telling them that disagreeing and obstructing the president’s agenda was treasonous. Post-Election, the same Occupy Democrats account is saying that Democrats in the senate are heroes for saying that they would not work with the Trump administration. Dissent has now become mainstream again. The Democrats have seen their Senate majority in 2008 go from 55 to 46, governorships 28 to 16, congressional seats 256 to 194, and a grand total of 958 state legislatures under President Obama. The Democrats have rioted and burned down buildings and property within their “peaceful protests”. Did you see any riots when Obama won from the right in 2008 or 2012? No, that’s because unlike Liberals, Conservatives have jobs to get to and plan for the future, rather than throwing a temper tantrum because you feel bad. The Constitution, the guide, and the law of the United States doesn’t protect your feelings. It protects your right to equal opportunity, not equal results. Liberals in modern American politics want to create a society where feelings are sacred and equal results are guaranteed not equal opportunity. The simple fact is that when the generation of millennials that came before us, they were raised in the by the motto that everyone gets a trophy for participating, they don’t know how to lose. When they lose they get upset because they don’t get what they want and “protest”. Democratic leadership is also the problem as the establishment has ruled for ages, look at Pelosi or Schumer.

Why Has the Left become Anti-Liberal?

Let me preface this by saying that I do not consider myself a classical liberal.

Nowadays, the left wingers of America have twisted the definition of liberalism. In a sense, liberalism, as developed by the enlightenment, is a political ideology which stands for individual liberty, and political freedom by representative democracy. It advocates Adam Smith's teachings of economics, whilst closely following natural law, utilitarianism, and progress. Modern liberalism, by contrast, focuses on social justice and artificially influencing the economy, while advocating public spending on social wellness projects.

Economically, modern liberalism is completely different from liberalism. To liberals today, Adam Smith is a dirty name, while people like Friedrich Engels and Karl Marx are the true economic geniuses. Smith and the capitalists' development of laissez-faire economics are shunned and to be avoided to a modern liberal for capitalism's desire to have the economy be left alone. Now let's be clear. No current major political party advocates liberal economics. Modern Liberals call for more spending and taxing, while modern conservativism, at least in the sense of Donald Trump, advocates America first, causing companies to artificially invest in America, leading to possible loss of profit. Not that any of that is a bad thing, however it breaks the classical laissez-faire economic structure. In truth, liberalism is most embodied by the Libertarian Party of the United States. Libertarianism combines conservative economics with social liberalism, leading to a classical liberalism type of situation.

Socially, modern liberalism has abandoned it's classical roots. Modern Liberalism advocates Identity Politics. Identity Politics, according to English Oxford Dictionary, "A tendency for people of a particular religion, race, social background, etc., to form exclusive political alliances, moving away from traditional broad-based party politics." Essentially, Identity Politics says that if someone disagrees with you, they disagree with who you are, your identity. Case and point are the Black Lives Matter crowd. Now I'm not White, but according to Identity Politics, Whites are the root of all problems for blacks and other minorities. However, this is simply false. I'm an Asian male who politically identifies as a conservative. Whites have contributed to society in so many ways. They invented modern conservativism and Liberalism. They invented the modern vaccine, and modern mathematics and science.

In closure, modern liberalism has become the antithesis of liberalism. I will elaborate more on this in a series detailing the regression of liberalism.

Welcome to 2017

2017, a time for renewal. The Republicans have taken control of the governments, federally, and many state, and local governments. The Trump administration has appointed many competent and capable cabinet members, unlike President Obama's cabinet. At Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson. Now, some Republicans dislike his Russian ties, however, I say give him a chance. Tillerson is a great businessman who built up an oil empire, much like President-Elect Trump.  For Defense, Trump appointed General. Mad Dog Mattis. Gen. Mattis is a great choice, due to his tactical prowess, giving him the nickname Warrior Monk. Mattis will help make America Safe Again. For the Ambassador to the U.N, President-Elect Trump has nominated South Carolina governor, Nikki Haley. Governor Haley has tremendous experience dealing with foreign companies in her State and has negotiated multiple beneficial deals with companies. A potential successor to Governor Haley is either South Carolina Congressman Trey Gowdy or Senator Tim Scott. Both are amazingly dedicated public servants and would make a fine governor. Now that's only part of his cabinet. Trump will appoint a Supreme Court Justice to replace the late Antonin Scalia.Senator Mike Lee of Utah would make a fine choice, as he is a constitutionalist to fit the mold of Scalia. I know that Trump has stated he would only pick from his list, however, I believe that Senator Ted Cruz of Texas would make an excellent choice, as he is an originalist, who has a conservative voting record, with the added benefit of having clerked for arguably one of the greatest minds on the Supreme Court, Chief Justice William Rehnquist. However, I think Cruz would make a great successor to Trump in 2024, or even possibly 2020, depending on the next four years.

The most terrifying words in the English language are: I'm from the government and I'm here to help.
